If you are stuck for things to do on a Saturday, here is something fun to try. The Mac and Cheese Street Food Pop Up at The Earlham Street Clubhouse in Covent Garden is a collaboration between The Mac Factory and Earlham Street Clubhouse for a a weekly Saturday foodie pop-up.
The trendy American bar Earlham Street Clubhouse is already well known for its fab American themed cocktails and gigantic pizzas but now they are adding a mac n’ cheese experience to their offerings.
The Mac Factory’s head chef and founder Graham Bradbury’s gourmet mac n’ cheese has become the talk of the town with exquisite flavour combinations including Slow confit belly of rare breed pork with wholegrain mustard jus and sauteed wild mushrooms, truffle oil and cepe cream all topped with their signature parmesan and thyme crumble. Sounds delicious.
The Earlham Street Clubhouse ‘Soul Shakers’ will be offering a specialist menu of ‘Mac’ inspired cocktails to accompany your meal! This will include the likes of the ‘Mac Shack’ a blend of Appletons, Creme de Cacao Blanc, Wray & Nephew, lime and mango; and ‘Return of the Mac’ which fuses bourbon, Creme de Myrtle, maple syrup, lemon and cranberry.
